Hey Coaches, it’s time for our second monthly gathering, where we’ll learn about receiving and implementing coaching. As a coach, you get to set the tone! You get to take responsibility and create the kingdom culture you want to see by engaging with all your heart. One way to do this is to come prepared to lead through the leadership labs by reviewing the lab documents before Sunday evening.
Two tips for the leadership labs:
Lab One – Take the lab time and split it in half. First, let students reflect, and then switch to discussing as a pod, even if everyone hasn’t completed every question.
Lab Two – This one is facilitated by you the whole time. Review the scenarios, and ask your Student Director any clarifying questions before the gathering.
