MONTH ONE | RELATIONAL SKILL

This Sunday in Student Leadership, we will be engaging with our first Relational Skill, “Leaders Are Connectors.” There is only one more week before our first Accountability & Reflection Sunday. Let’s be extra intentional to ensure we know where everyone in our pod is currently at in their monthly training plan!

Here’s a brief overview of what the morning will look like:

  • Welcome from Student Director
    • Invite students to recite monthly memory Scripture
  • Set up Relational Skills
  • Watch Relational Skills video together
  • Engage in an activity that helps us to practice our Relational Skill together
  • Give space for everyone to answer the questions in their journal, and then discuss as a pod
    • The win is to talk about what we learned about ourselves as we engaged with the Relational Skill
  • Student share outs
    • This is a time for us to collectively learn from the experience
