March Monthly Gathering

We are so excited for this Monthly Gathering discovering about “Relationship.” 

You can start now by praying for these over kids, families, yourselves, your co-coach, and Kid’s Directors/Kid’s Team:

– Declare: “God, You are a good Father”!
– Thank Him that He wants to be in relationship with you.
– Ask Him to help us be aware of His presence in everything we do.

Here’s a snapshot of the gathering:

• Coach Huddle | 5:45pm 

• Doors Open | 5:55pm 
  • There will be table cloths on your tables! These tablecloths will reveal your Kids Team Day Team Colors!

• Pizza/Ice Breakers | 6:00pm

• Culture Set Up | 6:07pm
  •  We will remind kids what our monthly gathering is
  • Give them tips of how to engage with their whole heart
  • Set expectations of the culture we want to experience this semester

• Game Time “Concentration Categories” | 6:09pm

• • Categories (Speed Round)

  • Your Kids Director will announce a category: animals, foods, superheroes, video games, colors, etc.

  • Go around the table as fast as possible—no repeats.

  • Hesitate for more than 3 seconds or repeat? You’re out for that round.

  • Last person standing wins.

• Leadership Essential #5 (Leaders let their yes be yes and their no be no) and Table Time | 6:23pm

• Discovery Video (Relationship) | 6:33pm

• Leadership Lab/Pod Discussion & Share Out | 6:41pm
  • God wants to be in a relationship with us, and we were never meant to be alone. Kids will also have just heard that God is fun and creative! So we will create some space for us to spend time with our good Father, having fun and being creative.
  • We have small canvases, easels, and paint pens that Kids will just have fun with! They will spend a few minutes asking God to show them a picture and then they will paint with Him. Or maybe they just want to paint something that reminds them that He is always with you and will never leave you. There are no rules – we will just create time to have fun WITH GOD.
  • Then we will transition to a Pod Discussion time
    • Kids will share their creation as a pod!
  • Finally, we will also have our share out time as a room!
