This portal has five steps. Each step is a video on a topic that will help you learn all about leading at Valley Creek.
Steps 1 – 4 are about what we believe about leadership and will take about an hour to complete.
Step 5 is all about leading in your specific ministry, and it will take under an hour to complete.
Throughout the portal, you can go at your own pace. That means you can pause in the middle of a session or finish a step and come back later.
