January Monthly Gathering

Happy New Year!

We are so excited for kicking off the year with our kids

You can start now by praying for these over kids, families, yourselves, your co-coach, and Kid’s Directors/Kid’s Team:

– God, thank You for the good news You gave us in Jesus!
– Will You help us keep discovering more about the life we get to live with You?

Here’s a snapshot of the gathering:

Pizza/Ice Breakers | 6:00pm
- We will have new journals for kids at their seat. Use this time to have them write their name on their journals and mark if they were here on January 4th and at the Monthly Gathering.

Culture Set Up | 6:07pm
- We will remind kids what our monthly gathering is
- Give them tips of how to engage with their whole heart
- Set expectations of the culture we want to experience this semester

Leadership Essential #5 (Leaders give others their full attention) and Table Time | 6:23pm

Leadership Lab/Pod Discussion & Share Out | 6:41pm
- Everyone will get a poster of the 3 circles and will walk through each Circle to write statements in each circle to make it personalized to them. Your Kids Director will lead this time from the front, giving instructions, and will walk through each circle to allow kids time to hear from the Holy Spirit and write any word down on that circle that God highlights to them about who they are, who God is, and what they are created to do.
- Then we will transition to discussion questions to talk as a pod:
  – Which word did you write down that really stands out to you? Why do you
  think it’s being highlighted to you?
  – Which word was the hardest to write down or believe? Why?
  – How does believing this (the gospel) now change the way we live?

Prayer | 7:08pm
Level 3 Giveaway | 7:10pm
- We celebrate what we want to replicate! Any kid who has received a level 3 on their training plan for 3 or more times this semester will be entered into a drawing to receive a pretty cool prize!
