End-Of-Year Celebration

Hey coaches, this weekend we get to celebrate all that God has done in Student Leadership Experience this year. As we head into the night, we wanted to give you a quick overview as well as all the details you need to know. 

Here’s a quick overview of the night.

  • 4:45pm | Coach Huddle

 

  • 5:00pm | Doors Open/Dinner
    • High School in the Venue.
    • Middle School in the Gen Hope Room.

 

  • 6:00pm | Student Processional and Worship
    • As you head into the worship center for the processional, look for your assigned seating. After worship, that’s where you will sit.
    • Make sure that you, the coach, sit on the end of the row, and remove the sheet of paper after your students have sat down.

 

  • 6:20pm | Celebrations
    • After Caleb finishes a year in review, a short video will play. This is your sign to head up to the platform during the video.
    • After you are celebrated, head back to your seat as we continue with student celebrations.

 

  • 7:30pm | Certificates and Dessert
    • Once dismissed, head to the atrium. This is dedicated time for you to be able to meet the parents of students and celebrate them.
    • Remind your students to take their certificates and to take a picture at the photo op.

 

  • 8:00pm | Dismissal
    • There will be no debrief, all additional information will be communicated by your Student Director through GroupMe.
