April Monthly Gathering

We are so excited for this Monthly Gathering discovering about “Purpose.” 

You can start now by praying for these over kids, families, yourselves, your co-coach, and Kid’s Directors/Kid’s Team:

– Thank God that He trusts us to release His Kingdom!
– Ask Him to help us be aware how we can change our world everyday.

Here’s a snapshot of the gathering:

• Pizza/Ice Breakers | 6:00pm

• Culture Set Up | 6:07pm
  •  We will remind kids what our monthly gathering is
  • Give them tips of how to engage with their whole heart
  • Set expectations of the culture we want to experience this semester

• Game Time “Spoons” | 6:09pm

• • • Deal 4 cards to each player and place spoons in the center (one less than players).
    • Players pass one card at a time trying to get four of a kind.
    • When someone gets four of a kind, they grab a spoon—everyone else must grab one too, and the player without a spoon is out.

• Leadership Essential #5 (Leaders speak in a life-giving way) and Table Time | 6:23pm

• Discovery Video (Purpose) | 6:33pm

• Leadership Lab/Pod Discussion & Share Out | 6:41pm
  • Partnered with one other person, have kids pick a scenario out of a cup/bowl/etc.
    As a pair, they will create a scene using supplies (cardboard base, molding clay, markers, etc) to then teach their pod how they can step into changing their world in that specific scenario.
  • Then we will transition to a Pod Discussion time
    • Pairs will share their scenario to the pod!
  • Finally, we will also have our share out time as a room!
